Tender Wrapping

I go grocery shopping only once each week. If I buy meat,

I bring it home and take it out of the store packaging. I live alone and most packages have more than one steak in it. I wrap each steak individually in plastic wrap or foil. But before I wrap it up and freeze it, I sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of it. I take it out of the freezer the day before I use it. When I cook it over my little grill it comes out so tender you can almost cut it with a fork.
