Put Plastic in the Can

I've found a couple of great uses for all of those plastic grocery bags that I've accumulated. 1) Use them to line small waste baskets. It makes them very easy to empty. 2) Use them to collect "garbage" when cooking or baking. Place egg shells, wrappers, discarded fat, etc, in the bag while cooking, tie closed and toss in the trash.

Also, I use an old baby formula can to dispense the bags.  I just cut a slot in the top of the plastic lid, fill the formula can with plastic grocery bags, and put the lid back on.  you can just reach thru the slot to pull one out at a time.

Also old baby wipe boxes are a good way to dispense your bags as well!

I use them to scoop the cat litter boxes as well! It eliminates odors daily, and doesn't get cat litter all over the bottom of our city garbage can.

I usually use it for both

I usually use it for both lining the waste basket and to tie the poopy diaper and trash (Saves us from poppy smell all over home)

I donate my plastic grocery bags to the local food bank for their customers to use.
