Timeshare Math
What is the real cost per day for a timeshare stay? We did the math to find out. We took an average cost for the unit and maintenance fees to figure the true cost per day.
For our calculations we used the following numbers:
Timeshare Cost: $12,000
Annual Maintenance Fee: $600
To keep our calculation simpler, we didn’t increase the maintenance fee.
