When a producer from Dr. Phil called us we were amazed. When we found out that the entire show they were putting together was going to center around our book and our family we were astounded. And when Robin McGraw leaned over to her husband (Dr. Phil) and quietly said, "That was a really good show," as they walked off the set — we were astonished!

It was a great show, but unfortunately, we can't yet post the video here. But we have lots of other information about what we shared on the show bel

This magazine article is very unusual because we simply don't remember doing the interview that resulted in a four page articles complete with photos. We know that might sound strange, but extra photos from various photo shoots can be posted for other magazines to use and writers can gather quotes from various articles and put together their own story.

The photos were shot by Jennifer Grimes who was a photographer for the East Valley Tribune Newspaper (we remember doing an interview where she shot a lot of photos).

This was a cool honor for Annette. Who would ever think that a frugal mom would be recognized as a fascinating person. But in today's economic climate, anyone who can help her family to survive, even thrive, without having to change their lifestyle is definitely a leader.

Frugality is definitely in vogue now — give it a try and people might just be fascinated with you too!

This was one of the best radio interviews we've ever done. Bobbi Conner is genuinely interested in helping families be successful. This interview covers the benefits of living a frugal life. The frugal life is sustainable — not like a debt driven lifestyle with it peaks and valleys of spending and deprivation.
