In the Kitchen with Katie

We’ve turned over a few pages of our book reviews to one of our
subscribers, Gina Dale from Fairfield, Montana. We are grateful to Gina
for taking the time to share some of her favorite books and web sites

"Last year Country Woman magazine had a very interesting article on Castleberry Farms Press. They write their own line of books that are very home school and child friendly. We got a great cookbook from them, written by their daughter Katie. In the Kitchen with Katie by Katie Castleberry is a very nice little book, with simple and frugal cooking tidbits.
