One Kitten for Kim

This darling story was written in 1969 and Annette has picked up several copies over the years at used book and thrift stores. Kim is a little boy who has a problem — his cat has just given birth to a litter of kittens. Both of his parents say that he may keep only one kitten and must find a home for the others. Kim spends an entire day walking through his neighborhood, asking all of the neighbors (which he knows), if they would like a cute, soft and cuddly kitten. Kim finished his task, but you’re in for a surprise as he walks home and announces the completion of his job to his parents. This story is much loved and requested in our home.
