If you lived at the time of Martin Luther King

Martin Luther King Day is celebrated every January and we thought it would be appropriate to profile a book about his life. This book discusses the history of the civil rights movement in understandable terms. It defines segregation and gives the reader a feel for what life was like for those who lived in the segregated South. Readers will understand the struggle that Dr. King had trying to convince the Southern states that discrimination was wrong and segregation laws needed to be changed.
