What’s for Dinner, Mom?

Author: Lorrie Flem

We’ve turned over a few pages of our book reviews to one of our
subscribers, Gina Dale from Fairfield, Montana. We are grateful to Gina
for taking the time to share some of her favorite books and web sites
with all of us. Here's what she wrote:

My daughter attends a small, rural school, but from time to time we have had some really positive exposure to home schooling. Lorrie Flem runs a super web site for home schoolers and has a really brilliant little cookbook on freezer cooking and a set of short newsletters on breakfast cooking. I have cooked a lot of those recipes and they are all economical winners. The book is called What’s for Dinner, Mom? and was written by Lorrie Flem. She can be reached at TEACHmagazine.com. Lorrie also recommends the Freezer Cooking Manual by 30-day Gourmet that is full of super ideas.
