A Frugal Milestone

May 1, 2008 marks a milestone in frugal living. Not for the nation, but for our little family. It was 26 years ago that Annette and Steve joined hands and said “I do.”

And since that time we’ve been working on building a close-knit family, perfecting our frugal habits and saying “We Don’t” to our over-consumptive culture.

We’ve weathered lean times and times of plenty. But the greatest comforts come from realizing that no matter what our economy or the nation’s is doing, we’re going to make it TOGETHER. Team-work just gets better, the more we practice it.

If we write much more it will get mushy (that’s what our kids tell us), so keep building your frugal team and show the world that frugality produces fun and freedom — debt produces destruction.
